These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pinnacle, a product of Pinnacle Fi, Inc. ("Pinnacle," "we," "us"). By using Pinnacle you agree to these Terms.

Not financial advice

Pinnacle provides information and ideas, not financial advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, or other asset. Orion's analysis is generated by an AI system and may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consider consulting a licensed professional. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

No execution of trades

Pinnacle does not execute trades, hold your assets, or connect to your brokerage to place orders. It is an informational and analytical tool only.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pinnacle.

Subscriptions

Pinnacle offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium). Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Pinnacle: no attempting to breach security, scrape data at scale, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Pinnacle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Fi, Inc. is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any information or idea it provides.
